We pride ourselves on ensuring all products sold are of the highest quality.  All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at sales@raphies.com.au.au within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can address this immediately for you.

Refunds

If you or your pooch aren’t completely satisfied with your Raphie’s Vitamin Pupliments, then we aren’t happy either. You will receive a complete 100% refund. As simple as that.
